Your mortgage lender will also be a person that joins your team early on in the process. She will help you determine what price of home fits you and will work with you to get your loan approved. When you want information about monthly payments, the money needed to buy the house and the price of home that you qualify for, you'll turn to your mortgage lender to help you. Inspectors It's typically a good idea to have one or more inspections done on your new home before buying it. There are dozens of things that you could have inspected, though, and dozens of different inspectors who could do the job. Your Realtor will have the local real estate knowledge to help you decide which inspections you want and who you ...
